Decorative water-based, water-soluble coatings for spirits bottles, perfume bottles and cosmetic glass packaging. Choose clear varnish, high-gloss opaque colours, translucent colours or matte finishes, with matching curing agents and colour customisation. We supply the coatings and can introduce partner factories for spray coating.
Water-Soluble, Not Water-Emulsion
These are water-soluble coatings, not water-emulsion coatings. They use water as the thinner and a compatible curing agent to achieve strong adhesion.
Clear and Coloured Glass Coatings
We offer clear varnishes, solid-colour coatings (high gloss, high opacity), translucent coloured coatings, and matte coloured coatings (low gloss, high opacity). These coatings can also be customised to meet your requirements.
Curing Conditions
Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes to fully cure.

What is the difference between clear and coloured coatings?
A clear coating provides a transparent finish without added colour. Transparent colour coats tint the glass while retaining a see-through appearance; opaque colour coats provide a solid-colour appearance. Share a reference sample or target colour so we can discuss the finish you need.
How is this water-based coating cured?
After application, the coating requires baking at 160°C for 30 minutes to fully cure. Confirm the coating, matching curing agent and production conditions for your project before a production trial.
Can I combine coating with printed decoration?
Bottle projects may combine a coloured finish with waterslide decal inks or direct-to-glass printing inks. Adhesion depends on the complete material combination and process, so provide details of the underlying coating and intended decoration for evaluation.
Do you supply coatings or provide spray coating?
