Organic Low-Temperature Waterslide Decals
- Applications: Perfume bottles, spirits bottles, fragrance containers, drinking glasses and other consumer glassware.
- Curing: After application, bake at 160°C for 30 minutes for full cure. This is a low-temperature organic resin system.
- Artwork and shapes: Brand logos, fine lettering and complex full-colour artwork on curved and irregular containers.
- Printing: Screen printing, or a combination of screen and offset printing for the artwork.

Vacuum-Metallized Perfume Bottle: Curing at 130°C
This perfume bottle uses vacuum metallization. The challenge is achieving strong decal adhesion to the UV varnish applied over the metallized layer.
The decal and UV varnish need excellent compatibility, while the decal must also cure at 130°C. Conventional organic low-temperature decals typically require 160°C or higher.
