Materials for Your Own Production
For customers with their own printing or decoration line, we also supply waterslide decal inks, direct-to-glass inks and water-based glass coatings.
Water-Based Glass Coatings
Water-soluble coatings (not water-emulsion), supplied as transparent clear coats, colour coats and matching curing agents for glass surfaces. Bakes at 160°C for 30 minutes to fully cure.

Waterslide Decal Inks
Organic Low-Temperature waterslide decal inks for your own printing line: UV LED-curable inks (contain BPA) and solvent-based inks (eco-friendly type). See product details and the sample-specific BPA test report.
For perfume bottles, spirits bottles and decorative glassware; other substrates require process evaluation.
Direct-to-Glass Printing Inks
Inks printed directly onto the glass surface — UV LED-curing only. Includes glass colour inks and a hot-stamping base coat (foil applied at 160–180°C). Final cure: 160°C bake for 30 minutes.

Organic Low-Temperature decals suit detailed multicolour artwork, curved surfaces and irregular container shapes.
After application, cure at 160°C for 30 minutes. Artwork can be produced by screen printing or by combining screen and offset printing.
